POSTAGE AND DELIVERY


DOMESTIC

All domestic orders will incur a postage and handling fee of AUD$10. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Domestic orders will be delivered in approximately 2 to 7 days from dispatch, depending on the delivery location.

Please provide the most suitable address for your delivery; packages cannot be delivered to post office boxes.

INTERNATIONAL

All international orders will incur a postage and handling fee of AUD$35.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

International orders will be delivered in approximately 5 to 10 days from dispatch, depending on the delivery location.

Please provide the most suitable address for your delivery; packages cannot be delivered to post office boxes.

RETURN// EXCHANGE PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS


EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchanges will only be offered based on availability, we do not offer exchange due to ‘change of mind’
  • The item/s are in saleable condition with all tags attached in the original packaging.
  • The item/s have not been worn, altered or washed.
  • You notify us to exchange within 7 days of receiving parcel.
  • Shipping costs for exchange of goods is to be covered by the customer.
  • We do not offer exchanges on made-to-measure, custom orders or sale orders.

REFUNDS POLICY

Our goods come with guarantees in accordance to the Australian Consumer Law; you are entitled to a replacement or full refund for a manufacturing failure and/or other damage your item/s has upon arrival. Please contact us within 14 days if there your item/s are faulty via info@tanuvasu.com


We will provide a full refund where:

  • The items are faulty upon arrival, refunds are not offered if the garment has been damaged after wear.
  • We do not offer refund due to ‘change of mind’.
  • The item/s are different from what you have ordered.
  • The item/s have not been worn, altered or washed.
  • The item/s are in saleable condition with all tags attached in the original packaging.
  • You notify us of the fault within 14 days of receiving your item/s, return requests after this time frame may not be accepted.
  • We do not offer refund on sale item/s unless deemed faulty.


HOW TO REFUND//EXCHANGE


  1. Contact us via info@tanuvasu.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include the name of the item/s you wish to exchange/refund alongside the description of fault and image if necessary. Returns after the 14 day period will not be accepted.
  2. We will contact you shortly to approve your request and provide further instructions.

Once the items have been received we will commence a quality review and notify you after clearance, you will obtain your new item or refund (excluding original shipping cost, unless deemed faulty item)

You are to provide return postage costs; we are not liable for the loss of garments being returned. It is recommended to use a traceable and registered delivery method.
